We are very much pleased that you have chosen our product and given us the opportunity to provide you a better experience. Also, we understand that sometimes you may face some purchase issue. To honour your concern, we are providing our valued customer a 3-days return policy. We request you to go through the following terms and conditions before purchasing:
Shipping Policy
Shipping within India will take 7 - 10 working days with free shipping all over India. Shipping charges will be applicable for shipping to Andaman & Nicobar Island and Lakshadweep island. International shipping will take 15 - 20 days with additional shipping charges.
About Restrictions in Shipping
Certain products may have restriction in shipping to different geographical locations. For shipping these items, it may attract addition information from the purchaser which will be asked during the checkout process. Additional shipping cost may also incur as per regional policy.
Return Eligibility

Raise a return/ replacement request can be placed within 3 days from the date of delivery, in case you’ve received wrong or damaged product.

In case of damaged/ missing product(s), raise a return/ replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery along with unedited video recording. Without video recording replacement will not be processed.

We will take 2 -3 working days to review your return request.

After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you in original packaging, label and tag.

In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. We will reimburse the courier charges.

After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability.
Re-delivery policy for Undeliverable Items
Sometimes items are returned to us as undeliverable due to following reasons:

Incorrect delivery address.

Contact no. provided is not reachable.

In case of refusal to accept gifted items.

Under above condition addition delivery charge will be levied to deliver the items.

Conditions for return/ replace the product

The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.

The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery with unedited video clip as a proof .
Cancelling of order
You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under My account section or write to us in the Contact Us page before shipping the product. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.
**Mountrocks reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
Note - Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.
Late Deliveries
We will ensure that product ordered will arrive on time. However sometimes it might take some additional days for delivering it.
Possible reasons for late delivery:

Weather conditions

Government declared containment zone due to infectious spreadable disease.
Recommended action:
Wait for additional 48 hours

Refund for the cancelled/returned product
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account or UPI ID within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.
Time taken to receive a refund
Refund will be processed within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Also note, this entire process will take 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
